OIL TERMINAL SAFETY SUPERVISOR
The majority of crude oil terminals in South Korea has made it mandatory to hire a safety supervisor to oversee hazardous shipments to ensure safety.
Per request of customers, Seoul Line is providing safety supervisors to handle loading and unloading of hazardous shipments.
The company assures compliance with HSEQ by hiring only supervisors with experiences as a captain of a tanker ship.
As they play the role of an STS superintendent at the same time, we are confident that they are highly qualified staff with adequate experience.

Seoul Line has established a process for employment, training, and on-going performance monitoring to ensure that all Seoul Line STS
Superintendents gain the necessary qualifications,
certifications, and experience prior to becoming an STS Superintendent and a representative of Seoul Line Co., Ltd. -
All experienced expert ship handlers
All qualified to act as Person in Overall Advisory Control (POAC)
All with the necessary certificates below.
Certification to STCW 95 11/2
- Dangerous Cargo Endorsements (DCE)
- Valid Medical Certification (ENG1 Standards)
- Experience in a senior position at the deck office
- Proven ability in Ship Maneuvering
- Valid GMDSS certificate
- Attendance of a recognized STS simulator
- Oil Spill Response training
